Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking with onlinekundlireport.in. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to consultations and written reports provided by Acharya Devraj Ji.

We aim to be fair and transparent. If something goes wrong on our side, we will make it right promptly. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service.

If you cancel a live consultation with at least 24 hours notice, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50 percent refund or one free reschedule.
• No show appointments without notice are generally non refundable, though we may offer a partial credit in genuine emergencies at our discretion.

Written reports are personally prepared and involve significant work, so they are eligible for a refund only before we begin the analysis.

Once we have started preparing your report, we cannot offer a refund because the service has been substantially delivered. If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund minus any non recoverable payment gateway charges.

If we need to cancel and cannot reschedule a confirmed session, or if a technical failure on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rebooking, whichever you prefer.

If you feel a delivered service fell short of what was promised, contact us within seven days and we will review your concern fairly.

• We aim to respond within three working days.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take five to ten working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds relate to the delivery of our service, not to the nature of astrological guidance. As explained in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, so dissatisfaction with a prediction is not by itself grounds for a refund.

We handle every request reasonably and in good faith. If you have concerns, talk to us. We would rather resolve an issue than lose your trust.
